Maggie Taylor grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. After receiving her MFA degree in photography from the University of Florida in 1987, Taylor spent ten years making color still-life photographs using wet darkroom technology. Taylor’s elaborately layered images have been widely exhibited and reside in significant public collections.
