Please read through our terms carefully before placing your order with us.
By using this website or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below. If for any reason you have any queries relating to them, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at email@example.com.
We may update or change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders.

All products online are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any product cannot be supplied by us to you. If your item is not in stock, you will be advised if and when the item is likely to become available. At this stage, you will be given the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product.
Please follow the ordering process carefully. Remember that you will not be able to make any changes to your order once you have checked out, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
When you have submitted your online order, and provided you have given us a valid e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to acknowledge receipt of your order. Our
acceptance of your order and the conclusion of the contract will only occur when we despatch your goods and delivery has taken place.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: the product ordered being unavailable from stock; our inability to obtain authorisation of payment; the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion.
If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND COSTS
Full ownership of the goods will transfer to the customer when they have been paid for in full and delivery has taken place.
All orders received before 6pm Monday to Thursday will normally be despatched the following day. Orders received on a Friday will go out for delivery the following Monday. Orders received at weekends or public holidays will be sent the next working day.
For Ireland, our standard delivery service will be within 7 working days Monday to Friday.
Signature may be required on delivery. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange to collect the item from your local depot.
For overseas deliveries allow 14 days in the EU and up to 28 days for the ROW.
Please allow an extra day when Irish bank holidays fall.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
For security reasons we are unable to change a residential delivery address once the order has been processed.
Please note that additional postage charges may apply for excessive weights. You will be informed of any further charges once your order has been processed.
Please note that orders purchased on the website cannot be collected from our shop, if you would rather collect from our shop please call 01 679 9268 during normal shop hours and we can reserve the goods for you to pay upon collection.
PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the product ordered plus the delivery charge, where applicable. Delivery costs are added to your order when you review your basket.
Customers outside the EU could also be liable for import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
For card payments, we accept credit/debit cards from visa and mastercard. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
We use stripe to collect/process transaction information.
Card charges will appear on your statement as Article Design Ltd.
In assessing your request for goods, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention of fraud.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, you have the right to cancel any item(s) ordered (with the exception of specially ordered items) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
Such cancellation should be given in writing by letter or by e-mail - a phone call is not sufficient.
We will e-mail you with a returns authorisation number and a returns form. The items must be returned clearly displaying the returns authorisation number together with the completed returns form.
You have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return the relevant item(s) in saleable condition with all original packaging within 14 days at your own cost with a returns authorisation number and a returns form. We will not accept returns for any non faulty items or items that have been used, or without a relevant returns authorisation number and returns form.
Any monies paid, not including initial delivery costs for the order where applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that during holiday periods this may be longer. Each item returned is refunded separately and credited to your original method of payment. This will appear on your statement as a refund/credit from "Article Design Ltd". If your card expires before we process your refund, please contact us on 01 679 9268 with your order number, address and new card details. For security reasons we cannot accept this information by e-mail.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery (i.e. recorded or special delivery) as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item(s) that you are returning.
REFUND OF THE DELIVERY CHARGE
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charge you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the cost of the postage incurred by you when returning such goods to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if our returns policy is not followed.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We do not exchange goods and would ask that you return your item in accordance with our returns policy above and re-order the replacement on our website.
All items must be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy before a refund is issued. In the case of faulty items we reserve our position until we have had an opportunity to examine the goods.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of products that appear on our website. However, as colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of vat (where applicable).
Article takes no responsibility for events that are beyond our control as defined by Irish and international law.
