Asta Barrington studied at London’s prestigious Royal College of Art postgraduate college, where she specialised in embroidered textiles. She then went on to design and create her own label artisan hand dyed embroidered scarves and blankets in luxury fibers of cashmere and silk. Her signature style consists of complex intricate patterns that entwine to form larger motifs, in particular creatures such as fantastical fish and cheeky songbirds.
